United StatesUnfortunately I broke down and recycled the packaging before realizing that I can't get it to fit my head properly. Oops! The tension adjustment just does the front to back, and not the sides, so if your head isn't the exact width of the helmet, you kind of have to get it to stay in place by squeezing your forehead in a vise. It's too bad, it's a really nice design otherwise.
CanadaI bought a black one over a year ago then bought the same one for my dad then bought a white one recently. I especially like the magnetic light and that when my dad needed to replace his in a minor accident he received a replacement in a couple days. Excellent customer service and the helmet fits well on my small head.

United StatesLove the helmet but the magnetic light needs to be a stronger magnet. Attached it to my bike and it has fallen off twice from after hitting a small bump. The rubber base remained in place..the magnet needs to be stronger.

United StatesI recently purchased the Thousand Mips helmet. It adjusted easily for a very comfortable fit. It is comfortable enough that its like I'm not wearing a helmet. I can't say that about my previous helmets. It's one purchase I don't regret making. Well done!
